Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

Returns are not accepted on customized or made-to-order pieces.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

All returns must be approved before being sent back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
